New logistics partnership with The Cory Band

We are pleased to announce we are now logistic partners and supporters of The Cory Band, one of the world’s finest and most innovative brass bands. The Cory Band hail from the Rhondda Valley in South Wales, like ourselves, and perform all over the world. With increasing amount of instruments needing to be transported throughout the UK and Europe, we were only too pleased to help out with logistics and transport.

The Cory Band were formed in 1884 and are now internationally recognized as one of the Worlds best. The band have won many titles including both the British Open and the National Championships in 2000, along with the same in 2002, 2007 and 2011, and they are also three times winners of the European Brass Band Championships.

The band is dedicated to new music and is proud to represent and keep music alive in Wales. In the next year The Cory Band are taking their music around the world with concerts at The Greig Hall in Bergen, representing Wales at the European Brass Band Championships in Oslo and an 11 date tour of Australia.

D1 Design & Creative are happy to assist The Cory Band by providing our branded vehicles and covering the transport costs involved in getting the band to their performances.
